Refund Policy – Decantry & Company

At Decantry & Company, all sales are final. Because each decant is custom-prepared, once the fragrance has been taken out of its original sealed bottle, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

  • Please choose carefully, as fragrances cannot be resold once opened or decanted.

Refunds for Leakage

Refunds are only available in the rare event of leakage during shipping.

  • The refund amount will match the quantity leaked (not a full refund unless the entire decant is lost).

  • To qualify, you must provide a clear video of the parcel being opened from the start (before unsealing).

  • Videos submitted after the parcel has been opened will not be accepted.

Inspection & Final Decision

  • Our team will inspect the video evidence.

  • Refund amounts are determined at the sole discretion of Decantry & Company.

  • No refunds are offered for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or partial usage.

To request a refund for leakage:

  • Email decantrypakistan@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03192112087 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach your opening video evidence.

  • Our team will review and process refund within 3–5 business days.
