Terms of Service – Decantry & Company

Welcome to Decantry & Company. By accessing or using our website (https://decantry.myshopify.com/) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Products & Decanting

All fragrances sold are authentic and original; however, they are sold in decanted form (smaller atomizers, not original manufacturer bottles).
Each decant is hand-prepared and may differ from the original manufacturer’s packaging.
As decants are custom-prepared, all sales are final (see Refund Policy for exceptions in case of leakage).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment through Direct Bank Deposit, and our approved payment gateway on the checkout page.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and account information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted couriers; however, fragrance products are classified as restricted items (flammable liquids) and may be subject to shipping limitations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. The usual deliver time is 3-4 Business Days by Express Shipping.
We are not liable for delays, customs issues, or additional import duties/taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of decants, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds are only available in cases of verified leakage during transit, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
To qualify for a refund, customers must submit valid video evidence as per the guidelines provided.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and details are accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are 100% error-free or complete.
Fragrance performance (longevity, projection, etc.) may vary depending on individual skin chemistry and environmental factors.
There does exist margin for human error while decanting, or bottle manufacturing errors which might have been approved or syringe errors all of which are not in our hands even though we strive for as much accuracy as we can. We therefore recommend considering 10ML bottles to have approximately +- 0.5ML margin of error due to any unforeseeable factor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Decantry & Company. The logos of brands are their property and not Decantry's.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Decantry & Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
- Misuse of our products.
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance ingredients.
- Shipping delays or courier mishandling.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
